• Check-in: Begins at 4 PM (after housekeeping & maintenance completion) • Starter Supplies: One-night supply provided; bring extras for longer stays • Construction Notice: Port Aransas is growing—occasional daytime noise may occur • Connectivity: WiFi is provided; island outages can happen (no refunds for interruptions) • Pest Control: Regular professional service is maintained, though coastal insects may appear • Security: A valid credit card is required prior to arrival in lieu of a security deposit

Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding. 3. Parties or events are not permitted. 4. 2 parking space on the property, New Wave will supply parking tags that should be visibly placed on the windshield. - Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas. 5. Two pets maximum.
