My family stayed over Spring Break. Great condo with everything we needed! The weather was a little cool for swimming at the beach and the heated pool (it was SO warm) was a great alternative!

Great location well maintained property

This is an older property but it is clean, quiet and right on the beach. My advice is to bring everything you may need, coffee pods or coffee and filters, salt and pepper, beach chairs, beach toys, games, etc. I’m used to having some of these basic necessities so this surprised us.

Great location!

Great location and fairly well appointed with pool towels, lots of deck seating, etc. We had issues with the fridge going out and spoiling our food, but the management company was responsive and attempted to get a repair company out as quickly as possible.

Great Stay

We had a lovely time at this condo. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the short boardwalk to the beach and time at the pool. The only negative is that the door on the main bedroom does not latch. No complaints other than that one little detail.

What a cute condo! had all we needed! only down was smelled a little musty like old house amd the parking permits were not there. The pool was great, game.room great.

Worst place I’ve stayed in Port A

Vacasa the rental management company is the worst I company I have ever dealt with. They literally made me pay the second payment for the trip TWICE or else they were going to cancel our trip altogether. I am filing a complaint with the BBB as well. The air conditioning also went out the last night and they told us they would reimburse me 100 but they NEVER did. Absolute worst.

The location was perfect. Access to the beach is wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and game room. Tracy the maintenance man was super nice as well as the other guests. Our property does need a few updates- fixing a few wall sockets and better pots and pans. There is no Closet space in the master bedroom.

Had trouble finding the place, the address was correct, but we were looking for a sign for Holiday Dunes, when the name of the place is Beachhead instead... Had trouble getting in at first, you do not give enough information on gaining entry and how we were to park 2 vehicles..The location was good and the home was clean when arrived. The Freezer not working properly did not keep ice cream or popsicles frozen at all. Tried calling and couldn't get an answer...did not supply garbage bags,we had to buy some...back door does not lock properly...the shower door was off track and had to fix it so we could take a shower...We did manage to enjoy family time and the beach....but for the price we paid will not be using vacasa again.

Long weekend fishing & beach

This was a great location and set up for our family of 4 that came in for bay fishing close to the docks and beach time just steps away. The bedroom doors have trouble with staying shut without a little encouragement. Otherwise, the king bed with 2 double beds was perfect for our group. We had a little trouble with our entry code into our condo upon our late arrival. The property manager, Johnny, was better at assisting us with getting in quickly as opposed to Vacasa staff who were requiring us to wait another 15-20 minutes for a “new code”. Thank you, Johnny, all travelers were wiped out upon the late arrival so u to ou assistance was much appreciated.

Awesome beach vaca

Great Place

The place was amazing. Questions answered every time no matter what it was. The rooms were comfortable as were the beds. We didn't use the balcony but you can see the beach which was amazing! Definitely would stay here again!

Good place but a few suggestions to make it great!

Overall nice property! Very close to the beach with beach access, which makes it ideal for little ones. The pool and rec room was great! The condo itself was easy to find, we had a designated shady space under the condo. It was very quite and you could hear the waves from the balcony. A few spots in the bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better. Also the drain did not hold water in the bathtub which made it a challenge to bathe kids. Since the property sleeps six, I would recommend providing 6 towels for showering/bathing. There were very few outlets to plug in necessary items to charge and one outlet in particular sparked when I tried to use it, which a big safety hazard with kids and a baby. Finally, would have been nice to have a guide with local places to eat, places to get groceries, etc, and possible coffee/tea/creamer/sweetner for humans with kids. Otherwise great experience and would definitely come back! 😊

Lovely Condo

We so loved the condo and location. Condo had every thing we needed pots, pans, utensils, blender, coffee maker and a Keurig for just that one cup. We would spend our morning at the beach and our evenings at the pool, Pool was a good size and very clean. Look forward to staying again in the future.
