Walking distance to the beach!

Beach and restaurants were just around the corner! Absolutely wonderful property. Parking in front as well as behind the building. You won’t be disappointed with this well maintained, clean, and beautiful cottage. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Great stay. Good experience. Big enough for fam of 4. Slept comfortably on king size beds. Stay was similar to a hotel room but to a larger scale, much quieter, and was less expensive at the time of stay. Would defently recommend and would stay again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We had an great stay with our young kiddo. A very short drive to the beach (which itself was excellent for kids) and HEB was conveniently located for your grocery needs. The cottage was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked great. If you plan on eating in the room, be advised that there isn't a table [at the time of this review]. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

It was cool when we would come in from the hot sun and stayed that way. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Very very close to the beach less than a three minute drive. The surrounding areas and shops were convenient to what I might have needed like ice or sunscreen. Easy check-in and check out and hosts for very accommodating with my early check-in.

It had all the essentials and was very clean. The room was decorated with a cute beachy/local theme and for being in the middle of Rockport was very quiet. I also loved the landscape with flowering vines and even a birdbath. There were clear instructions to enter and the host was always there to answer any of our questions. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning soon.

We had a small fridge & for longer stays a slightly larger one wld hv been nice; the bathrm was clean & big with plenty of towels. The clothes closet was huge. The cabin was nicely decorated. The bbq is communal & worked well. Parking was plenty. It’s only a cpl minutes to the park. The owner was responsive to our call. We loved it and will visit again & recommend to friends! Recommendation: laundry draw string to hang wet suits in the tub.

I spent 2 weeks in Cottage 4 to escape cedar fever in central TX in Jan 2026. It was a wonderful experience. The cottage vibe is strong outside, cute white cottages and lush plants. I had one large room with 2 beds and large closet & bathroom. The room has a coastal vibe with fun pictures and beach colors. Parking is tight in front of the cottages but there is a tree shaded lot in the back.
