Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) Beach Bound VW95 provides 3 paved parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and one in the garage, for 3 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart there is a place for it to be parked.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and garage of VW95. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- Not Pet Friendly. If an unreported pet or a pet that exceeds the guidelines is found to be staying in a property, the guest will be charged $500.00 and be asked to leave without a refund.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
