The first floor features a private master suite (BR1) made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, a chest for your beach attire, a closet, and a wall-mounted Tv with Roku service to catch up on your favorite streaming series or movies by logging into your own account. The master bathroom will leave a lasting impression with a custom wood vanity with double raised bowls, a large pebble and tile shower with two rain heads, a bench, and a glass door.
The second level is made for entertaining. There you will find the open and inviting living/ dining/ kitchen area. Gather around the TV with cable service while sitting on the plush couch with a chaise, a large chair, and an ottoman. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare fresh meals with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Dine at the table with chairs and bench seating to accommodate six. Take your morning coffee out to the front balcony and relax on the outdoor seating while taking in a Port A sunrise. For your convenience, a half bath serves this floor as well as a full-size washer and dryer to use during your stay.
Venture up to the third level to the remaining bedrooms. The first guest room (BR2) contains a Queen bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, matching corner chair, and a wall-mounted TV with Roku service. The second guest bedroom (BR3) is comprised of a Queen bed, bunk bed, nightstands, closet, wall-mounted TV with Roku service, and a quaint sitting area by the large windows and doors to the platform terrace. These two bedrooms share an adjoining bathroom with double vanities, separate from the tub/shower so guests can get ready, freshen up and shower without intruding on the privacy of the others.
