Location great, staff not very attentive

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had multiple issues that were not addressed until I called several times. We also had ants all over the kitchen counter and no one ever came to tend to the issue. We also received a dirty gold cart with sand and trash in it. The home was beautiful, location beautiful

AC did not work

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checked in and immediately could tell AC wasn’t working downstairs. AC company came out and said it was iced over and they needed parts to fix it and could be days. Clearly house had not been inspected for a while. Had to pack up everything and move after the first night as it was too hot to stay there. Very inconvenient with two small kids. House was nice but there was also an ant issue in kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the packages of soaps, lotions, etc in each bathroom and the kitchen. The elevator malfunctioned on the first day, and they came out and fixed it right away. Everything was perfect and we would stay there again.

Cinnamon Shores is Beautiful

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cinnamon Shores is beautiful and our home was equally wonderful with a great location near the pool and a wonderful view. Accommodations were nice, upscale and clean and a well stocked kitchen was appreciated very much. Our ONLY complication was the lack of ADA compliance with doorways, entry ways and the elevator continued to break multiple times per day. Despite multiple conversations with the property management team regarding the necessity for a ramp to enter the property and a working elevator as a must, we arrived with no ramp and the elevator having trouble on day one. Were it not for these complications, our stay would have been almost perfect. The property management team worked hard to accommodate us each time and that was appreciated. The access to the beach is fantastic! Pool areas were enjoyable and the new fitness room at South Shore was amazing and well equipped.
