Amazing Vacay

We came here for a new years vacay to bring in 2025. The overall experience was great, the hospitality and communication the owner provided was amazing. The property is beautiful and big enough to be comfortable with a bigger family. The location is convenient for everywhere you need to go.We hope to stay here again in the future!

Good for multiple families

The property is conveniently located in the middle of town but you’d never know- it’s somehow very quiet. Plenty of space for 3-4 vehicles to park comfortably. We maxed out the occupancy with three families but there was plenty of space for hanging out and playing. The sleeping spaces for adults were a little difficult to configure but it works fine for three pairs of adults plus kids.

We will be back!

There were 13 of us (family & friends) that stayed at this spacious house. We loved having the split level lodging, 2 kitchens, plenty of bathrooms, and took full advantage of the game room. The owner was great to work with and the check in/out procedures were simple. We felt comfortable going for walks and jogs around the neighborhood each morning and enjoyed walking to eat a couple of times. We will be booking here again on our next trip to Port A!

Adult Vacation

What a great house. We can not express how great of a house this is. We do our Our Adult only Vacation yearly and this was by far the best house we’ve rented. So spacious for 5 couples, we can’t wait to come back and bring our kids to enjoy the house. The beds and sofas are so comfortable and is a perfect location to explore Port A. The hostess is wonderful and kept us well informed. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our bachelor party

This day was awesome. The house was at a great location. The homeowner was a very sweet lady. The only issue I had with this home is there was an apartment attached to the house we rented with the same address... This confused acouple guessed and walked in on a couple in the living room. I was not informed I would be staying in the duplex. So if you're staying in this home and you plan on having a good time into the night, just know, the neighbors will complain

We booked this property for a large group of 12 that we’re going on a charter fishing trip. The house was only a few blocks from the dock making it very convenient to walk to the dock the morning of the trip. The house was plenty large enough to accommodate our group and it had a perfect layout with a gameroom, bedrooms, living area and small kitchen downstairs for those “night owls”, and a large kitchen living area, and additional bedrooms upstairs for those of us who prefer to hit the sack a bit earlier. The house was very clean and the owner did a great job communicating and responding to any questions. They were also nice enough to extend our stay when our trip got postponed at the last minute due to weather. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property!

Great stay - may need updates to small things

We really enjoyed our stay! The house suited us well. There were a couple things that were broken (bed post, laundry room door, etc) but did not affect anything. The down stairs bathrooms have some pretty big step ups into the shower/bathroom which was tough for our elderly family member but figured that out! The location is nice and quiet too!

Best New Year!

Loved the fire pit in the backyard! We had the best time and loved the game room! We will definitely stay here again. The house was perfect and lots of room.

Sheets had not been changed, downstairs was dirty, rotten tomato in downstairs fridge, large roaches!!! I will say when I let them know they called an exterminator and had someone come and change the sheets.

PERFECT for large groups

This house was perfect for what we wanted. Super nice and clean and plenty of beds to house multiple families. The location was great too. 2-4 min. Golf cart ride to the store and 5 or less to the beach! Will def be staying here again.

A great time

My family certainly enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. Plenty of room, great kitchen and space for everyone to with gather or find their own solitude for awhile. Fire pit in back yard was an added bonus. Will look forward to doing it again.

I was looking for a place to celebrate my 70th birthday with my precious family! This turned out to be the prefect place for us to gather. My grandkids had a great time in the play room. We made beautiful memories!

It was awesome!

This was our 2nd Christmas here and the house did not disappoint! Communication was awesome, and everything was great. The house is perfect for families looking to get away and spend time together, while allowing everyone to have their own quiet areas as well. Very comfortable and inviting. We love Port Aransas and this house is in a great location. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful home in the heart of Port Aransas

We had a great time and would definitely go again ! Host was excellent and always available for any questions we had about our stay. We loved the layout of the house it provided privacy needed for two families. The house is walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We walked to the fishing pier which is around a mile away. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped with cooking utensils. Needless to say we had a great time and would love to do it again!

4th of July covid style

Fun place to stay. My family and I had a great time. Close to the beach. Wouldn't walk though. Best to rent a cart. Tiki bar was fun. They have fun games to play(i.e. pool, cornhole, bowling). Place was fairly clean. Did find 1 cockroach. Had trouble with the wifi. We just didn't bother with it anymore. Overall the house was safe, quiet neighborhood, close to everything and big. If we come back, this is where I want to stay. Thank you
