Nestled in a quiet second floor corner of a small complex on beautiful North Padre Island, this condo offers a secluded retreat, yet is minutes away from some of the best restaurants and outdoor adventure in the area! From seafood to TexMex to everything in between, North Padre Island and the surrounding Greater Corpus Christi area has it covered! North Padre Island is known for great fishing, surfing, boating, kitesurfing, windsurfing, helicopter tours, Humvees, horseback riding, and shelling. Many rental and lesson opportunities are close by. Enjoy the newly opened Sandbox right across the street! Offering a variety of food and drink, amazing views, pickleball, and volleyball, it's our newest edition to the neighborhood.
Walk across the street to the beach for a gorgeous sunrise or drive right up to your favorite beach spot and unload your gear for the day. 60+ driveable miles of continuous beach is available to explore, if you have a vehicle up to the challenge! Several miles are well maintained for even the smallest of vehicles as well. Enjoy your days at the beach or in the heated saltwater indoor pool and large hot tub!

Settle in for a peaceful stay in the living room of the spacious studio with a full kitchen and bath, or climb the spiral staircase to the large loft area. Relax on the comfortable seating and stream your favorite shows on 2 mounted flat screened tvs. Free cable and wifi included in your stay. Feel free to connect to your streaming services. Play a board game, put together a puzzle, or read a book from the loft book nook.

Watch sunsets on the balcony in the provided captain's chairs. Enjoy a comfortable night sleep in the loft with queen bed. Queen sized sofa bed in the living room area. All have cozy bedding provided, sleeping 4 comfortably. Portacrib and bedding available upon request. Plug your devices into the multi-port charger to be ready for every moment.

Enjoy provided amenities such as cold brew and hot coffee maker, linens and towels, personal care items, cookware, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, beach access, heated indoor saltwater pool and hot tub, cable TV, wifi, A/C, and onsite coin laundry. Well stocked grocery store, pharmacy, and Dollar General on North Padre Island. HEB Plus and Walmart located just minutes away in nearby Flour Bluff.

The greater Corpus Christi area includes many exciting things to do. Visit the National Seashore, Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, Whataburger Field, events at American Bank Center, many weekly and seasonal markets, beautiful parks, and several museums.
