Not really beach front but near a ‘pond’. Had to walk a ways to get to it. Upstairs shower never worked while we were there and my main reason renting was the 2.5 bath situation. Let them know right away once we realized it didn’t work. Very disappointed in the shower situation. Asked for a slight refund also. Not very cooperative in taking responsibility for the broken shower.

The property was nicely decorated and overall clean. The internet did not work at all the whole week I called customer service, rebooted the modem, nothing worked, I asked if the bill had been paid for the service they checked with the local people, never heard back. There is a glass shelve unit with glasses on it that looked like it had not been dusted in a month. Nice display just dusty. But except for that the place was clean. Nice dishes, pots and pans, comfortable beds, great furniture, washer and dryer worked great.

This was the perfect place for my child and I to stay at Padre Island. Our first time traveling to this location in Texas, the layout was spacious, and we had everything we needed to relax, play, cook, and rest. We weren't traveling for new home decor, or fancy hotels - we wanted a home that would make us feel welcome - and this was it! Highly recommend.

Older townhomes but very clean and in an excellent location. It accommodated 3 couples with plenty of room. Maybe needs new carpet in downstairs bedroom but doable and we would definitely stay again. We don’t spend a lot of time in our rooms. For the price we would recommend.

Why anyone would put carpet in a beach house is beyond me. Sticky, stained, and disgusting. Plenty of room for a larger group and not far from the beach and restaurants. However, the beds so uncomfortable and the pillows were flat as pancakes. Not nearly enough bath towels/wash cloths for our group for three nights. Two dirty towels from a previous stay were left hanging in a bedroom. We came back one day to find an ant infestation in an upstairs bedroom-in the bed. No food or other attraction in there for them. Reached out to the management company and received an automated message with no follow-up, no solutions, and no alternate way to reach out to anyone. Overall…meh. It’s fine in a pinch, but I wouldn’t stay again.

We enjoyed the layout of this place. Lots of natural light and a good bedroom layout for our family of four plus grandma. The washer and dryer were fantastic, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen easy and spacious for meal prep. Also appreciated having beach towels on hand! I would be careful if you have a young child - my toddler found ways to climb up on these overlook type features in the house, fortunately we were supervising closely enough he didn't tumble over! There was also a dresser in the "kids" room he nearly pulled down onto himself. Not a very secure furniture piece, and might consider replacing that with something sturdier or securing it to the wall to prevent an accident. My older son (7) was fine and enjoyed the book and game selection, so I think kids who are a little older would be fine here. The only other downside was the construction on the road that others had mentioned. It took us a while to figure out how to enter/exit safely, but once we figured it out, it wasn't so bad. Other than that, the location is pretty great because you can go one direction for beaches and one direction to get to the city and all its amenities and restaurants. Port A is also a stone's throw away! Thanks for a fun stay!

The home was great for us. Carpets were dirty but just need shampooing. The home was clean but there wasn’t a trash bag in the kitchen and there weren’t any provided so we had to buy them. The knives are all dull so we bought one as well. The ac was set at 79 which is normal but it took all night to cool down. The next morning we looked at the filter and it was filthy. It took quite a bit of force to get it off. Maintenance ended up coming saying the city called saying there was a leak. There wasn’t a leak the ac was running water like crazy from trying to keep cool and being filthy. We showed him the filter which he took and brought us a new one. The dishwasher leaked along with the shower head. One of the ceiling fans blades were wobbling. The upstairs toilet was leaking so bad we put towels down and quit using it. The garage opener didn’t work. We did make the owner aware and everyone we dealt with was very nice. We enjoyed our stay though and the home was big enough for 4 adults, 2 kids and a baby.

The house was clean and pleasantly furnished. Comfortable layout. Lots of room. Outside the swimming pool was a good addition. The one area barbecue was sad. House in a somewhat desolate area. Not practical to walk to beach but several beaches within a short drive. Within a short drive to restaurants and stores.

The location was great but the construction which has been going on for over a year is what makes it difficult to get to the condo. The was condo was a little worn, carpet was stained, the living area was nice but real dusty, they had a grill but worn down to the point of needing to be replaced. Everything else was good, would definitely stay again, hopefully next time the construction will be completed.

The property was clean and our stay was great! Plenty of room for our family of 4 and bonus of being able to park our car in the garage during our stay. The pool is deceivingly small, however the beach is right up the road. The grill worked great and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to these homeowners for a wonderful property! Definitely will recommend for others visiting the Corpus Area.

Grandparents this is great, Bring lot’s of family, it rates. TV, Games, and kitchen appliances And BBQ grill to cut finances So much room in kitchen and den Master bedroom and 1 and ½ baths is a win Supermarket close by Or great restaurants, oh my Comfort and Wonderful decor Then there is a second floor Top of the stairs is a small den With TV and futons for the kids to send Walk through to 2 bedrooms Washer, dryer and a large bathroom Several great beaches, very short drive Make memories you will thrive.

The house was great, the owners went above and beyond providing things like dish soap, and laundry detergent. The house was nice very clean when we arrived also. The only thing I wished I had known before was the parking lot is tiny. We drove two full sized trucks and brought a boat. We wound up parking the boat offsite because there was no room. We were able to park our trucks, but it was very cramped. One truck and a regular vehicle would be no problem.
