Fabulous beach house

Summer House was perfect for our group of 3 couples.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Summer House because it was so roomy and we loved the gorgeous gathering room and kitchen upstairs! The Verandas upstairs were a hit for us to gather in the evenings and enjoy the ocean breezes! The large bedrooms and baths with 3 king size beds were a hit! We hit the beach in the afternoons, had dinner at Lizabella’s at night ! We enjoyed the pools and the C=Bar Grill for lunch. We laughed and. Played games like we were kids again. So much fun! I highly recommend the Summer House!!

Summer House -Family Fun

Our grandkids range in age from 18-2 and a baby on the way! There were activities for everyone. The staff is excellent. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We have already booked our next trip to Cinnamon Shores in July 2022. We grew up going to Florida but the shorter distance has won us over! We highly recommend it!

Amazing house, even better location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and another family, total of 4 adults and 6 children stayed here for a long weekend and it was incredible! We also had 2 nannies come with us who stayed in the detached carriage house. More than enough space for all of us. The house was very clean and the fully stocked with kitchen for cooking was a plus. The master on the 2nd floor has a huge walk-in closet perfect for an infant's pack-n-play. You can't beat the location of this house - right next to the pool and across from the beach access. We will be renting Summer House 181 again!

Good time had by EVERYONE!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is spectacular! The owners attention to detail and beautiful furnishings were greatly appreciated. The beds were amazing and the carriage house bedroom is just right for that couple who craves more privacy. The location is very close to the boardwalk and a swimming pool. You can even see and hear the ocean from across the street. The kitchen was a real treat to cook in. My husband loved the six burner stove with a griddle and warming shelf. The kiddos enjoyed his pancakes almost every morning. We had 4 adult couples and 7 children in ages of 18 month up to 14 years of age. Everyone had a wonderful time and hated to leave.

Summer House

As I reported on arrival we had to wash all dishes since food was still caked on dishes and utensils. Given that situation I felt we were entitled to a refund on our “deposit” for such. We experienced two other situations, both immediately corrected after reporting—broken coffee pot and cloths dryer. Also I need to mention the ice maker was broken. The main thing is that the front office was vigilant in working to improve all reported issues! They were also most courteous in doing so!

Great location; corner house near the boardwalk and Kiera’s pool with the cafe. It was very clean, and we got in early! The front desk called us as we were on the highway to let us know we could get checked in and greeted us with a cool beverage at the desk. We are already planning our next trip back to Cinnamon Shore!

Nice House. Cinnamon Shore service needs work.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house, with a lot of room, and has close access to the pool and beach. We really had no complaints about the house. We've stayed at homes in Cinnamon Shore for several years now, and this was the first year I was upset with the service. The beach was closed, so carts could not use the boardwalk for access or drive on the beach. I completely understand that this was not Cinnamon Shore's fault, but their customer service during and after was lacking. Our cart was taken by one of the "courtesy drivers", and not returned. I contacted Cinnamon Shore's cart company (Top Deck) and they were great. They immediately refunded us for that day we were without one of our carts. But again, I never received a return call from Cinnamon shore management. In addition, the entire community's power went out for about 5 hours one night, including areas outside of Cinnamon Shore. Again, I understand that this was not Cinnamon Shore's fault. Our frustration came when trying to contact them during and AFTER our stay. We tried about 5 times, with no return calls or emails. Once we had left, they were no longer concerned with speaking to us. For the price we paid (over $1300/night), I find this unacceptable. I wanted to speak with management and could never reach them. They may be growing so much that they aren't focusing on the customer as much now. Again, the house was GREAT, but my experience with Cinnamon Shore management and follow-up was lacking. I never write reviews, but felt this was necessary, as I was extremely disappointed in the lack of follow up once we left.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great house. We love it. Exception: the bathrooms were not clean when we arrived (human hair in the rugs, etc). We wish there was not so much construction in the summer (house went UP across the street while we were there). Y-5 never worked in the house (we did not feel the technicians were efficient). The overall "hospitality" was lacking this year. NOt as helpful as in the last seven years of experience at Cinnamon Shores. Rapid growth makes it hard to keep up with personal attention.
