This is a great house, with a lot of room, and has close access to the pool and beach. We really had no complaints about the house. We've stayed at homes in Cinnamon Shore for several years now, and this was the first year I was upset with the service. The beach was closed, so carts could not use the boardwalk for access or drive on the beach. I completely understand that this was not Cinnamon Shore's fault, but their customer service during and after was lacking. Our cart was taken by one of the "courtesy drivers", and not returned. I contacted Cinnamon Shore's cart company (Top Deck) and they were great. They immediately refunded us for that day we were without one of our carts. But again, I never received a return call from Cinnamon shore management. In addition, the entire community's power went out for about 5 hours one night, including areas outside of Cinnamon Shore. Again, I understand that this was not Cinnamon Shore's fault. Our frustration came when trying to contact them during and AFTER our stay. We tried about 5 times, with no return calls or emails. Once we had left, they were no longer concerned with speaking to us. For the price we paid (over $1300/night), I find this unacceptable. I wanted to speak with management and could never reach them. They may be growing so much that they aren't focusing on the customer as much now. Again, the house was GREAT, but my experience with Cinnamon Shore management and follow-up was lacking. I never write reviews, but felt this was necessary, as I was extremely disappointed in the lack of follow up once we left.
