Went for sand fest and to tour vcu

The code was not right so we couldn’t get in. We had to get a hotel room at 1:30am. There were dust bunnies under kitchen cabinets, the coffee machine did not work. The beds were very uncomfortable and the frame in one bedroom was bent enough that the leg stood out much farther than expected and I broke my toe on it. Location was good for us.

Great location & accommodations!

Cute little home, everything was just enough for our group of 6 even though we all shared the one bathroom. The only thing I have negative is that the tub drained very slowly which with all girls was not a great thing. AC worked great, beds were comfy, and plenty of supplies in kitchen to cook meals. And super quiet. We will definitely stay again if opportunity presents itself to come back!

It was a very cute house and had a lot of things available, like seasonings ,condiment's, foil.. The beds were absolutely comfortable so that was a plus. There were a lot of bugs inside, (dead and alive) that’s why I gave a low score on cleanliness,also there was a sign hung on the wall that said WiFi password but no password written, so we had no WiFi access but other than that it was cute and perfect for me and my kids great price for a single mom

Vacation

The location was wonderful. The house was cozy. It wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Sand all over the couch and needed a good sweeping. There is a bug problem, lots of pill bugs and some water roach, which looks like there is a gap on the back door. We also had to get extra toilet paper and ran out of paper towels. But overall enjoyed our stay. Just little things to fix. But was a beautiful remodeled house. We loved being able to walk to H-E-B and shopping stores. Thank you for opening your house to us.

Cute cottage fairly well stocked

Nice overall. Proprietor seems nice and responsive. Obviously had not been cleaned since prevoius customer, but wasn't too terrible to clean up. Property could use some maintenance- broken cabinet door under sink; rear door needs weather stripping, but overall nice place close to beaches and activities.

It was a nice remodeled property. The beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. There were a ton of rolly polllies finding their way inside the house, which is really the only negative thing I'd say, but for the price it was definitely worth it and would stay again.
