“Very dissatisfied I had booked this way in advance and when we drove six hours to the hotel, they told us that there was no reservation. Trird multiple times to call the resort and they wouldn’t answer the phone. That was a busy signal. I had to call Expedia to request a refund because they told us that there was no reservations when we showed up. The guy at the desk was not helpful with all. And instead of trying to accommodate us after I showed him our booking and Expedia wanted to talk to……

“Stayed 2 nights with 7 family members. Staff was helpful and very nice. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good, there was a variety. Parking was good, plenty of night light. Very near a grocery store HEB. Only disappointment was pool area could use some love. Hot tub did not work and was gross and pool did not have cloren. All staff members were awesome!!!”

“We waited 45 minutes to check in as the front desk was closed (it was advertised they had 24/7 check-in); the water heater had a broken pipe so no hot water until the repairman could come which was after we left. The room was filled with mosquitoes. We chose to go to another hotel after our experience. Would not recommend this facility. The staff (2 ladies)) were nice once they arrived and checked us in, Air conditioning worked well”
