Perfect getaway!

The perfect size and space for our family of 4. We appreciated the extra blankets and pillows. The property was very clean and decorated with all the beach vibes.

Great little beach house

The house is perfect for a couple or few people, with plenty of room. Kitchen area, living room, and small front patio are great for lounging. Clean space. Grill does fine. If each neighboring house is booked, it can feel lacking in privacy. But a great spot, close enough but far enough away from the main drag and beach to get everywhere easily. Would stay again.

Quick Family Getaway

House was colorful and overall nice. Rooms were good size and comfortable. House did have a couple iloff issue. Living room ceiling fan did now work. Master bathroom shower temperature control was difficult to get water temperature to stabilize. House was not very well cleaned prior to our arrival. When we pulled out the bed from the couch, it had crumbs. I believe it was a lll bit overpriced with the issue it had. We all did have a great time in Port A but would not be renting this location again.

This house is great place to stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. House was clean, in a great location and family friendly. Only small suggestion is to supply an iron and ironing board. Overall, house was great!

The house meet our needs. I’m not sure what was going on but living room and master bedroom fans only had low speed but it was ok but everything else was fine, the lock on door was finally mastered at check out again all was fine just a few hiccups that didn’t change the vibe I would recommend to there if asked

Quaint little community a few blocks from the beach!

The house was newly renovated, and it was super clean! It sleeps 6 comfortably, but is much smaller than the pictures portray. We enjoyed coming home from the beach and relaxing at the pool with the other vacationers. Everyone was laid back and very friendly! The only disappointment was the dryer. It didn't work. I threw a load of clothes in the dryer and started another washer cycle before turning the dryer on...leaving us with two wet loads of clothes! I wish we'd have know it didn't work beforehand. Other than that, we enjoyed this place and would consider renting it again with a working dryer for beach towels, etc.

Cute 3 bedroom home (Upgraded)

Cute little home, spacious enough for a small family. Took the my family for my son's 19th birthday just to spend the whole day at the beach. Came home to grill for dinner and called a night and checked out to drive back home. This place worked out for my very short weekend. My plan was just a day at the beach and come home.

It has everything you need and more

The location was perfect, close to Spencers Landing where friends were staying. Shared 4ft deep pool was nice to soak in after the beach. The rental itself was great! Kitchen was fully stocked. Comfortable beds. Clean towels and blankets. Used the washer and dryer. We had a great time.

House was great

House was great, but did not have good hot water in spare bathroom. It ran out every shower and would go from cold to Scolding hot and vise versus. Also someone needs to check electric as had to turn off GFI tonrun dishwasher

July 2022 stay

We stayed at the house for 4 nights. It was very roomy & the location was perfect for us. The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything worked as it should & had no isssues. We really enjoyed the small community where the house was & that there is no through traffic. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a large group, so we rented two houses across from each other. So convenient. Pool was nice to cool off in after a long stay at the beach and the house was clean and comfortable!

Great vacation home

This was a great place to stay. Enough room for the six of us. Great location 5-10 by golf cart to town and beach. The pool was great and we we’re able to toss the football because the house was off of the street. Could have been a bit cleaner but not bad.

Girls beach week

The house was small but so well designed, that it didn’t feel crowded. It was very well stocked and decorated super cute. We struggled to get dishwasher to work but we were always able to get it started. The cable was lacking and the Wi-Fi was iffy, but we were there for the beach so not too much of an inconvenience. The small complex of houses was perfect, we didn’t feel isolated but we had plants of space. We would definitely stay here again! Had a great time!!!
