Loved the condo

We loved the condo and will definitely be back!! It's not a "private" patio, however - but luckily for us there was nobody in the condo next door. Maybe you could revise that language - that the patios are "potentially" shared? Anyway, we will definitely be back anyway - it was a very nice place, great view, location.

Would stay and plan to stay there again great beach access and property very well maintained only issues was key for our door didn't work very well locked us out a few times but overall one of the better places I've stayed in the area would recommend to freinds and family to stay there as well

A bit out of shape, but great staff and location

We had an excellent time and the unit was fair for the cost. It's a bit dated and the electronics are a bit of a mess. TV is tiny and wires are everywhere. Bedroom TV is literally 13" or so and living room is 30". The AC is extremely loud and blows directly on you when you sit in the couch so you need to turn the TV up to be able to hear it, which made me uncomfortable because I didn't want to bother other guests. The couch is pretty uncomfortable and itchy, I vacuumed it to be sure it wasn't sand, and the AC could definitely use an update as it doesn't seem to do a great job removing humidity. The shower is really small and I had to duck to get under the water (I'm only 6' tall). The porch chairs were cracked but they held for our stay. So there are little issues with the unit that could really use addressed to make this a 5 star review. That said, the staff was very helpful and courteous, the other guests were great, and the location was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our time even though there are little quirks with the unit itself. Location location location. For me personally, I would pay more for more, but if this is what's available in the area you'll have a great time and the staff will take great care of you.

On the beach in Corpus Christi

Walk out, pet friendly on the beach. Location was top notch. Property on inside was in dire need of updating. Could not cook in kitchen except breakfast. Fire alarm went off every time daughter made toast even though toast was not burning. Office staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. Very nice patio on beach that only needed a small table. Property was nice and quiet. Even though many people were up late, they were not rowdy or loud. For the price point, inside of property should have been much nicer

Loved the location

Check in staff were very welcoming and friendly. This condo is in a perfect location. And we enjoyed it even though it rained as we could sit on the terrace and watch the ocean just steps away. Only suggestion to make it 5 star would be to update the bathroom and appliances and the sheets are as rough as sand paper. At this price point I expect higher quality. We will definitely stay again, but will bring our own sheets. Also advise bringing your own pillows as the ones provided smelled very old and dirty. That made me question the depth of cleanliness. Just because it is pet friendly rental doesn’t mean cleanliness standards need to be lowered. I often find that in the pet friendly units which is a shame. I would pay a higher rent if it were updated and had a fresh coat of paint because you can’t beat the location. Another fun thing is Instacart and DoorDash both deliver! So we got DoorDash “room service” and had HEB groceries delivered which was terrific and saved me time for more beach fun!

The property is excellent. The property management was very responsive. All was as advertised and we are staying in the property again in late May. The WIFI does not work and the ice maker is very loud. Both need to be addressed to make our next stay perfect!

Wonderful location, clean and pet friendly!

Loved having the drying rack in the big bedroom closet. The individual condo and the common grounds, pool and everything else were so well-maintained. Could use a few more extra pillows but that’s just personal preference. Well insulated walls gave us a quiet and restful experience we were looking for. Definitely recommend this unit and the staff at the property were very upbeat, kind and professional.

Unbeatable beach view!

The condo was clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. The bed was a little too soft but that’s subjective; everything else was perfect! The beach view and access to the beach are unbelievable. You can walk out your front door, walk down a few steps and be on the beach immediately. We sat on our porch, people watching and enjoying the view at every opportunity. Book here, you won’t be disappointed!

excellent vacation place. Clean, everything needed a available. The beach was accessible to get too. The 1st floor so convenient the only thing was people on 2nd floor were so noisy walking back and forth. Jumping and running day snd night. Maybe add on request to be considering to neighbors.
