Beautiful beach house in such a convenient location. Elevator is a huge plus to move around on all 3 floors. Great kitchen with all supplies you’ll need. Loved all the balcony. Pool was nice. Great house for a big family/friend trip.

Beach weekend

This is a great property for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. There is plenty of space and it is a well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your time at the he beach. The elevator is a real necessity for the 3 living levels with the kitchen on the third floor. The rooftop deck is amazing to enjoy sunrise and sunset. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this house for our family beach trip!

There were 8 of us - 6 adults and 2 kids. We found the common areas really beautiful and spacious, and particularly enjoyed the private pool and convenient location to the beach. We also appreciated that it was in a more private gated area. We did notice it was a bit sandy when we arrived in some of the bedrooms, and the kids room was a little cramped for two almost 6 year olds. We also would have appreciated more thoughtful amenities - We were given precisely 5 trash bags, dishwasher pods, rolls of toilet paper… So we had to go to the store a lot more than usual for things that are typically more generously provided at home stays. All that said though, we really enjoyed the house and would happily return with a little more things in stock!

Great place and location. Communication lacking

Overall Our stay was good. The property was great and as described. We had an issue with the lock the first day. Tried to contact the owner who was apparently at a wedding in the boonies where the service was sketchy. We were locked out and couldn’t get ahold of her. Thankfully our 14 yr old son was able to scale the pergola in the back and go in the second floor sliding door we had, also thankfully, left unlocked. Had he not been able to do that we would’ve been stranded outside for over 2 hours late at night. This is of course a rare thing to happen but the owner should have a second emergency contact in the event they are inaccessible for a few hours. There also should be instructions for the elevator inside the elevator itself. The only instructions were in a picture frame on a table in the kitchen area and not super obvious.

Home at everything we needed to accommodate our stay. Rooftop balcony is a huge plus and made the stay that much better. Pool was quiet cold however after a long day in the sun it felt like a cold plunge and that's a win in my book.

This house was beautiful. It was perfect for my group. It was myself, my 2 adult sons, my daughter in law and my parents. The elevator was so convenient for my parents who are in their seventies. We had a large family here and had a great time. The kids spent hours in the pool. My wife and son in law enjoyed the kitchen. I have a bad knee and the elevator was fantastic. If we come back. To port aransas we will book this house again. It was outstanding.

Great Soot for a Quick Weekend Getaway

Property was clean and comfortable. Location was away from city center, but close enough for a quick trip to groceries or dinner on the golf cart. Having the golf cart was a great bonus that saved us not only money but time as well. Roof top area was nice to sit and watch the waves in the distance. We will definitely look to book again in the future.

We stayed at this property August 11-15 , 2025. The location is excellent!!!The house is very nice. Very clean. Super comfortable beds. Nice linen. Plenty of beach towels!! The elevator is a BIG bonus!!! Very well stocked kitchen. The layout is perfect for friends traveling together. Each floor has it's own balcony. So, you can spend time with each other or go to another balcony if you need some alone time. The community pools are awesome. And having a golf cart waiting was great!Very close easy access to the beach.We all agreed that it was perfect!!Would definitely stay there again.

Our family absolutely loved staying here. The house was so nice that we really didn't do much other than go to the beach and relax in the house. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of spaces to hang out, play games, watch movies, etc. The provided golf cart was wonderful for getting around the town and the beach was only about 5 minutes away with the cart. Michelle was very communicative through the entire process, even with some last minute questions about the property. As we were leaving our kids asked when we could come back, it was a great vacation!

The house is very clean and spacious. The kitchen has all items needed for week stay. Having the golf cart &beach chairs was a huge bonus! We had a small issue with the elevator on day one but it was addressed right away. Michelle (host) very tentative!

Great summer vacation home

Cloud Nine was a great place for our family summer vacation. It had all the amenities you could ask for, including an industrial ice machine that was always full. Not having to stop and buy ice saved us time and money. The rooftop desk had amazing views of the ocean and the back of the house overlooked the private pool. The only drawback is the parking which is regulated by the homeowners association. For such a large house, only 3 vehicles are allowed in the driveway. The property managers were very accommodating, though, and offered alternative solutions. Great place to stay! Would stay there again.
