「Das ideale Hotel, wenn man das Tessin erkunden will. Ideale Lage, direkt beim Bahnhof und unweit vom See. Saubere, kleine Zimmer die mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet waren. Obwohl das Frühstück nicht inbegriffen war, konnte man im Hotel ohne Voranmeldung frühstücken. Man zahlt was man konsumiert hat. Wie in einem gemütlichen Kaffee. Super Konzept. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück ausserordentlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 」

「Das Appartement war sehr schön und sehr stylisch umgebaut! Das Appartement Gaia ist auf 2 Stockwerken, welche mit einem Lift verbunden wären. Dieser hat während meinem Aufenthalt leider nicht funktioniert. Daher habe ich den 2. Stock jeweils über das Treppenhaus erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und sie haben mir immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Appartement verfügte über zwei Badezimmer und Duschen. 「lots of stairs. if you're not able to physically move your bags up many flights of stairs, do not book this location. On the other hand it is an oasis in the middle of Como, peaceful and in a fantastic location. Having to physically check in, in person is a pain, but worth it. 」
