“The staff at the front desk were outstanding. They contacted me in advance to ensure that I would have no issues on arrival, then made some very nice suggestions to enjoy and make the most of my one-night stay in Tirano The two ladies I met were both very welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The apartment itself was very nice, modern, clean, economically priced in my opinion, and conveniently located a few minutes walk from the train station. The only drawback to this is……

“It’s a very unpleasant experience.
I made reservation of an apartment with two bedrooms.
A lady called me one day befor checking in, said the apartment heater was not working, she Sadie would change another apartment to me. BUT SHE NEVER TOLD ME THE CHANGED APARTMENT HAS ONLY ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BED!!! It was very embarrassing, two persons has to share one bed!!!
When I talked to them, they never responded. And charged me two bedroom apartment price.
I felt cheated!!!
