“This is most difficult hotel experience we have ever encountered in all our years of many travels. My husband and I were in Boario Terme so that he could attend a rigorous program at the Parkinson Institute. In fact this hotel was listed by the Institute as small ,friendly and welcoming. We had booked a 6 night stay. When we checked in I asked the manager if we could stay an extra night and he agreed, Clearly a mistake was made and this extension not entered. . “Fantastic location with incredible lake views We had a private room with its own bathroom, and the views from the window overlooking the lake were simply amazing. You couldn’t ask for a better location! Basic accommodation so don’t expect anything else - but clean and functional. The hostel had a relaxed atmosphere, with most of the other guests being middle-aged couples. It was also dog friendly, which was a real bonus. The breakfast was brilliant and a great way to start the day. Overall,……

“Lovely small hotel that was spotlessly clean. The staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is modern and well situated for walking into the village albeit this is on a hill. The pool is nice with a number of loungers but not big if you want to do a lot of swimming. Overall though a lovely hotel with kind attentive staff. Would recommend”

“Breve soggiorno di una giorno e pernottamento. Camera accogliente, ma il bagno era datato e avrebbe bisogno di essere ammodernato. Abbiamo usufruito dei servizi dell' adiacente hotel Milano. Il personale è stato molto disponibile. La spa carina. Il ristorante è stato la vera sorpresa, veramente top! Anche la colazione molto piacevole. La struttura è consigliata.”

“Clean room, and good shower, but we had to ask for more toiletries (small sachets). No a/c or fan in the room, and no minibar. Good bar by reception, where you can buy a small water bottle for 1 euro, and a 1-litre bottle for 2 euros. Breakfast was appropriate (with homemade cakes/ pastries ), and the food at the restaurant was very good. Local specialities, as well as pizza. The hotel is a little dated. Basic 3-star hotel. Good location.”
