The ground floor features a living room with an exit to the garden, a living/dining room with a TV and an exit to the garden, and a large kitchen-/living room equipped with a dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave, also with an exit to the garden. The upper floor comprises a double bedroom with an exit to a balcony, another double bedroom with an exit to a terrace, and a room with a single bed. There are two shower rooms, each with a bidet and a toilet.
