「This property is convenient to Geneva where we spent most of our time. It’s almost impossible to find a one story property with 2 full bathrooms plus a washer/dryer. The owners were responsive to our questions and concerns plus the family is on property. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area! 「The property is very nice, newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. Needs just a few practical items for the rooms in the basement, which I suggested to the owner but otherwise it was perfect for our trip back to visit family. We would have loved to have been able to sit outside on the nice back deck, but we got some rain while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!」

「We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was ideal. Extremely easy walk to Geneva’s downtown but the home was located in a quiet neighborhood. 「We had a great time in Geneva. Overall the place we stayed was very nicely decorated, comfortable and close to town and the river. The bikes are a nice touch. Two things to be aware of when renting: the owner communicates a lot. There are contracts to sign and lots of back and forth. Way more than any other VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. 「Wonderful location, 1 block from everything 3rd St has to offer. Walking distance to the Fox River (took a beautiful stroll with our dog), restaurants, shops. Didn’t need the car, except to leave the town. Cute apartment, perfect for 2 & our dog! Very comfy bed/sleeping, and Super Clean. The outside of the building, in back, is kinda run down, though, and on the way downstairs to the apartment, not so clean-looking. This is no reflection on the apartment itself, though. No Hot Tub & Im not sure...
