"Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast"

"Everything was perfect. Customer service was everything. The classic room itself is slightly small, but a lovely big bathroom, and we were hoping for a view but understandably that would be the deluxe room. We used the spa amenities and it was pretty good for the price - recommended after a day or two of walking up and down the steep hills. Overall we will stay again. It was a beautiful hotel with lovely people working there, filled with so much history."

"We loved staying in Fratticciola. The apartment was perfect for us (a couple). Many places outside in the beautiful garden to sit. The owner was very friendly and chatted to me in my broken Italian. The village was quiet- the best sleeps we have had in a long time. Would gladly stay again at this location! I was sad to leave here."

"Franz and Manuela are amazing. They’re friendly and helpful. The location is perfect! Two doors down from the main palazzo and the main street: Via Nazionale. If arriving by train, take the small bus to Palazzo Garibaldi. The bigger bus stops further down the mountain at Mercato and it is quite an uphill hike."

Sí creo que deben remodelar los baños. La ducha era muy incómoda y el lavatorio tenía una fuga. Al alfombra de la escalera se ve bastante gastada, así como unos muebles. No le puedo dar un 100% de calificación por esos detalles, pero un 90% se lo gana."
