"The host was fantastic! Tim was always there if I needed anything. He was really great to work with. We were there for a bachelorette party. We had a really great time! The place is big. Lots of space to sleep. I gave it 4 stars because it was pretty dirty. Really dusty in some spots. Some cracked shelves in the fridge. Mold around the showers. But, for the most part, everything was just fine!"

"Our stay at Dreamview Lodge was absolutely incredible! Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing this trip was for our family. From the moment you arrive, you see God’s beauty from the deck. Our family really enjoyed the pool, Hot Tub, game room and amazing views during our stay. Upon our arrival we had shared with David that it appeared that the pan to the grill was not being cleaned as instructed for guests. He had a brand new one sent to us and installed the following day after seeing the pictures! This was at least our family’s 15th vacation using Vrbo/Air and we have never experienced a host like David before! He provided us a direct number to him and his response time was quick and you can tell that he is very caring for his guests. Holly and David are so kind to share their home, and it is just that… a home. When staying here there are so many personal touches and personal belongings in the home that make you aware that this is not just a rental but a home that they too enjoy. Stargazing is incredible, and the master bedroom upstairs has an amazing skylight above where you can see the stars while laying in bed. During the day the mountains change throughout the whole day as the sun moves and the shadows change. You’re never looking at the same view. The little town of Cosby is absolutely adorable and I highly recommend the little coffee shop down the road, The Barista’s Daughter. Herbert Holt Park is an amazing spot for the kids and is stocked with trout!"

"The view alone was amazing, but the property was in great shape! The kitchen had pretty much everything needed to keep us there all weekend without leaving, there were plenty of clean linens, and the hot tub was warm when we arrived. I hope to return again to enjoy the absolute peace and isolation of this little gem 3"

"We stayed at Albriggt Groove loop. Janice, the host, was so wonderful and caring. It truly felt like we were being cared for and loved by a family member. Your warmth and thoughtful gestures made our stay in the beautiful cabin even more special. The wisdom you shared and the conversations we had are something we will never forget. The atmosphere in the cabin was so warm and welcoming — we absolutely loved it. The outdoor hot tub was a highlight, and everything was perfectly arranged for us. The peaceful nature surrounding the cabin was incredibly calming and soothing. We cannot wait to come back. Oh, before I forget, thank you for the breakfast you made for us with so much love — it was so yummy and delicious. This is the ideal place to stay if you want to explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, as well as visit Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas. We will never forget this trip."
