「The condo was dirty. Dishes in cabinets had to be washed. Towels in bath were small, stained and smelled. shower smelled so bad we had to run fan 24/7. Bedding was so old and smelly we couldn’t use pillows or bedspreads. When I made mgr aware of problems, they never did anything. 」

「This place had a good view of the mountain and was far enough off of the man strip to feel private yet also not far at all. The fireplace was as expected and I was so happy to have the elevator working since this place was on the fifth floor. That being said, the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. 「The location of this unit was walkable to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Even though there are lots of stairs and it’s a little uphill coming back, you did not have to worry about hunting or paying for parking.
