“The room was not the balcony I supposedly booked. The door wouldn't open and close properly. The fire alarm kept going off, they had to completely remove it from our room leaving us without that protection. The one good thing about this hotel was the breakfast.”

“Reviews online were obviously fabricated.
Room was very dirty. Stains all over the wall. Carpet was disgusting. Beds were definitely not queen's.
Elevator was out of order, which made it very difficult for my husband, who is handicap, to get up the stairs.
Asked for more towels and was told that we had to return our dirty ones before they would bring us more. Said that we would have had to physically bring them down to laundry before we could get any more.
Will never stay there again.”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”
