"It was great!!! There was a really nice hike really close nearby in Cosby, and we were not even an hour from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! The hot tub out back was also a big plus and the place was huge and very accommodating!!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked our trip late December online. We stayed Sunday-Friday. Finding the location was not an issue and we were supplied all the codes that we needed to enjoy all the areas of the home. We did see some evidence of past visitors, a beer bottle in the movie room, one by the hot tub, and bottles that looked to have been thrown over the railings of the deck. A Lego was found on the carpet of the stairs to the pool. Over all it was minor so I did not alert maintenance. I did call maintenance because we wanted to use the grill and the propane tank on the grill was empty. I was called back within 5-10 minutes and given the lock code with no issues. It’s a lot of house which was nice. We enjoyed the pool table, games, pool, hot tub and theater room. Some of the furnishings in the home could definitely use some updating but over all, I am pleased with what we experienced for what we paid. "

"This cabin exceeded our expectations! The pics online looked so awesome and then when we got there it was even better! We loved the pool and the theater! So much fun! So clean and excellent communication with the host! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!"

"Elisabeth was super sweet, and checked in often to make sure if we needed anything or everything was good with the property. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the theater room and the arcade games. There was enough room for everyone to spread out, and everything was clean. My kids said they would like to return in 5 days lol. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here more than previous stays in other properties/hosts. Very nice! "

"Elizabeth was really great with communication but the cabin needs a major deep cleaning. The toilets were not cleaned. Dishes were put back without being washed. We had to take shifts eating due to 6 forks and one spoon only. Food on the floor in the kitchen and dining area. Bare wires hanging out elow a plug in the dining room by the thermostat."
