"This place is absolutely beautiful. Very quiet and Janice was such a great host. The breakfast was a 5 out 5 stars. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get a little peace and quiet and away from the normal hustle and bustle of life. The hot tub was amazing. The only bad thing is that we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back when we can. "

"The balcony railing was a hazard as it was not attached properly. The kitchen smokes and the whole apartment smokes when you use the stove. The sleeper sofa was nothing but springs and very uncomfortable. "

"Carrie’s Cabin was amazing! We booked this trip for all 10 family members to take my 80yr old mother in law to Dollywood and this cabin was absolutely the icing on the cake. Plenty of space for all 10 people to sleep comfortably, two showers, and a queen sized bed downstairs (which made it accessible for my elderly in-laws)- it was great. Guests will find everything they need here, from cookware to towels. The house is immaculately clean. All questions were answered promptly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! "

"Pros- nice owner, great views, remote location, beautiful home. Cons- areas needed cleaned better. chairs, edge of counters in kitchen had spots to clean, ice maker barely worked, one bed had to be put onto floor as bed frame was bent and fell on the floor as soon as sat on it. No offer to refund or compensate so that room slept with no frame. My husband fixed frame to sleep on. Landscaping is rough at the stairs but only for those with limitations. Maybe need a rail. NARROW driveway at points. A warning would have been nice. Again this is a great location and a great cabin. Very nice owner and communication was good from day of on. I would recommend to others. "

"I wanted a place to relax and feel safe as a solo woman. Wanderlust checked all the boxes! It was so peaceful, relaxing, cozy, and safe feeling. All the details were perfect for a quiet NYE. It rained most of the night and dropped into the 30s, but between the heated blankets and space heater, I got toasty. I’ll definitely be back!"
