"The best place to stay in Madrid "

"This a cheap airport hotel so its not for a romantic trip. I used it as a I had a morning flight after 3 days at a very smart hotel in the centre of Madrid. The hotel is Danish owned. The rooms are gloomy with heavy concrete pillars sprouting through the room but the shower pressure was good and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant but the fare is pretty poor for dinner and breakfast is not much better. It was however a good place to lay ones head over night before returning to the airport. Incidentally this hotel is not exactly close to the airport taking 15 minutes by cab. The shuttle must be pre booked if you are incoming or booked the night before ones departure. I read that the cost is 6 Euros and the departure time are not regular."

"The hotel is very nice but if on the roadside it is very noisy all night with the windows open. There was no a/c so don’t know how hot it would be in the summer. The pool is small and shallow and the sauna is also vey small. Contrary to the information on Hotels there is no 24 hour shuttle to the airport. Instead the hotel will book you a taxi with a quoted cost of €33. We used the Metro from the station outside the hotel for €5 each. The hotel also tried to sell us breakfast with a discounted rate if we booked for everyday on arrival at€20 per person. There are plenty of alternatives locally that are much cheaper."

"La personas son muy serviciales, el hotel queda céntrico, lo mas que me gustó es que el desayuno es hasta las 12 pm lo que permite dormir un poco mas. El desayuno es variado aunque pequeño pero mucho mejor que otros hoteles. El otro servicio muy bueno es el rooftop que sirve comidas sencillas y bebidas hasta bien tarde en la noche. Es un hotel que regresaría."
