"Location wise was perfect if you’re taking train or metro in Madrid. Hotel was a bit old, however room is spacious. One little minor is when check in, seems no indication where to check in as there is a Starbucks next to reception (which I didn’t aware) and staff did not welcome the guests."

Toilets were clean on the first night but not the second night, room with heavy smell
Water supply was stopped on the first night due to a scheduled maintenance but they didn’t prepare anything for that"
