“Staff was friendly and helpful but the room need to be refreshed. The room design was straight out of the 1980s. The bathroom was redone but main room is tired.”

“從飯店不論是大廰 餐廳或是酒吧 都可以看到很美的海景。室內的泳池設施很乾淨。但是飯店房間的設施很老舊，而且櫃台的女接待人員不是很友善，清潔人員不會說英文，臉也都很臭。再者，從9樓的大廰要到房間去是另一個大挑戰。首先要把自己的行李搬下樓梯， 然後再去搭乘電梯，在飯店沒有任何人在那裡，除了一位女的接待人員在大廰 當然她不可能來幫忙 而且又不友善。然後搭乘第一個電梯到5樓，到了5樓電梯口 走幾步再把行李往樓梯下搬，再去換另一個電梯到3樓，然後到了3樓出了電梯，再把行李搬下樓梯去，然後去找自己3樓的房間。反之，當然你要退房時， 也要自己想辦法搬行李上9樓。在這搬行李的換電梯的過程你不會看到有任何飯店的人員。全部要自己想辦法。關於早餐，咖啡出其的難喝, 也出了我意料之外，因為我在這這麼多年，第一次喝到不好喝的咖啡。不過餐廳的服務人員態度都很好。”

“Overall the stay I had here was okay, The breakfast is the main highlight here as everything seems to be made fresh and there is a variety of breakfast foods. The rooms are clean and are in good condition, however one main complaint I have is that the hot tub they have advertised in this place doesn’t exist and there is nothing there, the pool is okay but doesn’t seem like it gets cleaned regularly. I would say for the money I have paid for this hotel - 7 nights I did expect a lot more and……

“An incredible stay at the SANA Sesimbra. My room faced the beach, complete with a balcony. The room itself has a gorgeous midcentury modern hardwood bed with nightstand built-ins, and there is a matching built-in wardrobe, giving the space an elevated, timeless vibe. What really blew me away was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. When I believed I had lost my wallet in town after I left Sesimbra, the employees walked to the cafe I had been at to see if anyone had turned one in. Truly……
