Costa di Sognu, private site of 3 hectares with breathtaking views of the authentic village of Costa, in Balagne, welcomes you in a relaxing green setting.

Attached to the hill, with its bell tower and at the bottom of the postcard, you will be intoxicated by the smells of the maquis, charmed by the exotic setting and the landscaped gardens, you will be able to discover multi-hundred-year-old olive trees, palm trees and more than 170 species of plants.

At the top of the property is a heated swimming pool with views of the scrub and the sea. In this enchanting setting, Costa di Sognu offers you and 4 apartments on the first floor classified 2 ears

You will therefore be ideally situated to explore Balagne, its fine sandy beaches with lagoon blue waters, its old villages clinging to the mountains, its religious heritage, and the bustle of its towns of Calvi and Ile Rousse.

Nette Anlage in schöner Lage mit leichtem Sanierungsbedarf
Sehr schöne ruhige Lage bei den Bergdörfern der Balagne. Terasse mit herrlichem Ausblick und uralte Olivenbäume in der Anlage. Die Wohnung war nett, weisst aber einen gewissen Sanierungsbedarf auf. Preis/Leistung passt!
