Don't expect much for breakfast. Pretty much on your own to find milk,oj, and forks. Also coffee maker looks great. Unfortunately all it seems to serve is americana coffee which is very strong.

It seems like they renovated the place, but needs to invest in replacing the beds and mattresses. The bed would make sounds after you get off and on it. The beddings were old and thinned out from the bleach. Not sure if I would recommend.

This place looks like a motel turned into a hotel. The room had nice features but looked run down in most areas. Our bathroom door looked like it was kicked in then just painted over the cracks. Weird red stain on the floor. We saw someone smoking something out of tin foil in the parking lot and had a rock thrown at our window in the middle of the night. Didn’t feel safe at all. Will never stay here again.

STAY AWAY! I had bloody stain bedsheets, hair everywhere and a dirty room- I asked three times to get housekeeping since I arrived to fix it and after two days to send over the staff- they are absolutely most unprofessional staffs and I would never go back- I am a frequent traveler for past two years, I travel every week or OC, and I have never, ever had this issue in any other establishments and hotels- I will be reporting this hotel to city of Irvine for unsanitary conditions.

I love the location being close to the o.c fairgrounds, and a great Italian restaurant hust a min walk away. Highly recommend you stay here. The staff are great and diligent with cleaning and meeting your needs.

It was a great, inexpensive lodging to stay at. Clean pool. Cute breakfast set up in morning. Recently remodeled rooms which were comfortable and inviting. Didn’t love the smell but I’m particular. All in all, recommended for a low cost quick stay.

The room didn’t have a phone so I had to walk to the office every time I needed something. The property itself was nicely redone. Pretty. Someone put some thought into the redesign. Looks upscale with the young trees and turf, the parking lot was very nice large nice looking trash, cans, strategically placed on islands throughout, and the islands were decorated very nicely with trees and shrubbery. The parking lot was also clean. The pool area was very clean and well kept I would definitely stay here again. The room is a great price at about $153 with tax.
