La gentillesse du personnel, les commodités autour de la piscine, la qualité des repas. La vue mer depuis la chambre était bien présente et splendide même si nous étions logés sur un rez de chaussée haut avec un ascenseur extérieur bouchant un peu le reste de la vue. “Amazing hotel overall just a great property, location is spot on to several beaches that are just breathtaking. Also you are minutes from downtown and the great dining areas there. Please keep in mind that the marina is also minutes away and you can rent a boat and hit the little islands and archipelagos. Overall 5 start property and location, the only downside is the dinner buffet charge it’s 50 euros per person a bit too much for what you get. Other than that again a great experience!!”

“From the front desk check in with Matteo, to breakfast, lunch or dinner service with Emanuel and cocktails service overlooking the ocean with Mercedes we couldn’t have been more looked after and pampered!! The property is absolute paradise and the people who work there are so sweet and wonderful, add to that the food is delicious. Hopefully we will be back again!”

“Nice hotel in Porto Cervo. 15 minutes to beautiful beaches. Professional and attentive staff. Older property but well maintained. Good breakfast and dinner. There are no elevators so lots of stairs, but manageable.”

“The location was fabulous and the room was great. Recommend selecting a sea view room with a balcony, sunsets are amazing and having a place to relax any time of the day was essential. The breakfast was decent, many options to choose from, the staff is very attentive and the view is outstanding. Apertivs here should not be missed! It would be nice to have entertainment options that include wine & cheese tasting, mixology class or something similar to meet other guests. Elena at the reception was……

“Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We……

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Frühstück und die Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand waren hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer immer sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus 3 mal täglich direkt mit dem Bus erreichbar, so das man nicht zwangsläufig ein Auto benötigt. ”
