“We stayed 3 weeks here. Florentina our housekeeper was amazing. She was attentive and flexible. Wonderful person.”

“Super friendly staff. Pretty beach onsite. Great restaurants on site. Advertisement of shuttle service to/from airport non existent. That was not good because the transfer fees were over $100 each way and I should have ordered a car at the airport had I known.”

Von dem leckeren Frühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl & der super Bar, brauche ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Das Hotel ist wirklich eine 1 mit Stern! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. “Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“The property was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were on the smaller side but big enough and we had a sea view with a balcony which was gabulous. My favorite was the private beach which was beautiful with chairs and umbrellas without extra charge. We ate at all 3 restaurants and food was great! Only downside is it is isolated and taxis are impossible to get and expensive you definitely need to rent a car.”

“Very beautiful property. Helpful staff. But terrible bed, AC doesn’t go below 21c, shower was clogged and didn’t drain, pay for waters / drinks in the room. Looks great in photos, not worth the price.”

“Nice hotel in Porto Cervo. 15 minutes to beautiful beaches. Professional and attentive staff. Older property but well maintained. Good breakfast and dinner. There are no elevators so lots of stairs, but manageable.”

“Our experience at the CPH Pevero was fantastic. It's a beautiful facility in the lovely Sardinian style, and in a fantastic location. Extremely clean in both the common areas and the room. The room was great, the breakfast was excellent and the staff could not have been nicer. The beach is easily accessible and the nice lifeguards are always happy to give you a ride in the golf cart. I have only good things to say about this place.”

“Nice hotel, but the staff really needs to decide if they want to be in hospitality. The majority of the staff never says hello or goodbye. They won’t even acknowledge you. They have very limited relationships with local restaurants, so they can’t help you get a table. Overall, the service is very unfriendly, and the front desk makes you feel like you’re bothering them. If you'd like to charge and advertise like a 5 Star, please provide 5 Star service. The worst part is that they charge €10……

“Et herlig,hyggelige ansatte,koselig hotell og fin bysrrsnd i gangavstand og anbefaler å besøke Porto Rafael og La Maddalena øya ❤️💦🇮🇹☀️eneste minus var at det koster å stå parkert ved hotellet og marked utenfor hotellet hver fredag gjør også at må passe på hvor parkerer.Alt i alt et herlig sted og Palau er koselig liten by med ikke altfor mange turister ,La Maddalena øya kan man ta ferge til ca 15 min koselig tur og mange fine strender der også ,Beach Relitto anbefales der💦”
