「Our host was very caring and easy to reach. Excellent property for a short stay in Porto Rotondo. Olbia airport and other towns of Costa Smeralda like Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo are less than 30 minutes by drive. Property is located 10 minutes by walk from Porto Rotondo Marina and free parking outside the property on the street was available during our stay (before 1 June). 「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after...
