“Unser Zimmer blickte auf das Pool im Innenhof. Das Zimmer, das wirklich sehr groß war, wurde täglich sehr sauber und gründlich gereinigt. Das Frühstück hätte mit mehr Auswahl ausfallen können. Anonsten war die Lage für uns gut, das Hotel und das Personal wirklich hilfsbereit und gut.”

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……
