“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“Qui regnano relax e tranquillità: l'hotel è immerso in un bellissimo giardino ben curato, la camera (una classic) era spaziosa con cabina armadio e soppalco con un terzo letto e ulteriore armadio. Tutto il personale è stato gentile e disponibile in ogni occasione. Abbiamo cenato due sere al ristorante e trovato anche qui ottima qualità.
Unico difetto, non c'è la cassaforte in camera e hanno quindi "ospitato" in reception i nostri oggetti di valore quotidianamente.
