“The staff was excellent. It was our anniversary and. special get away. I wrote to the GM prior to make sure we had a room with a view, I was very disappointed it was not provided. I had to talk to the manager who accommodated us but it was not available for FOUR days. Also we did not know about a Very Nice CLUB at the beach for several Days.”

“Way better experience than we expected!! This place is a gem in a beautiful part of the island. Having a small beach that was a 3-4 minute walk from our hotel room was incredible, direct access from the hotel property. Our room was on the small side, but it was definitely adequate and it had ample AC which was clutch during the 90 degree days. Hotel staff cleaned our room and made our bed every day! “The hotel itself is decent, and our room was clean. However, several important details were not disclosed before booking, which left us disappointed. The main reason we chose this hotel over an Airbnb or a property in the city was because it is marketed as a beachfront resort with its own private beach. While it does have a section with loungers, they are not included for hotel guests and cost €25–30 per day. Considering the room rates, this felt excessive. If a hotel is advertised as a beach……

“Excellent and comfortable hotel located within 15 mins walking distance from the Olivia airport terminal. Loved the Illy espresso machine in the room. “It is a nice hotel which is set up on a hillside which gives it a unique character and lovely views. The main pool felt a little cramped but was nice, the infinity pool was very relaxing but lacked a bar (it had one but they didn't open it) which made it less appealing to use. The sea deck was nice but you had to head across one road and up another back into the resort to use the toilets. The rooms look like they do in the pictures, but bathrooms were a little disappointing. They are rather……

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“Super friendly staff. Pretty beach onsite. Great restaurants on site. Advertisement of shuttle service to/from airport non existent. That was not good because the transfer fees were over $100 each way and I should have ordered a car at the airport had I known.”

La gentillesse du personnel, les commodités autour de la piscine, la qualité des repas. La vue mer depuis la chambre était bien présente et splendide même si nous étions logés sur un rez de chaussée haut avec un ascenseur extérieur bouchant un peu le reste de la vue. “Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after……

“From the front desk check in with Matteo, to breakfast, lunch or dinner service with Emanuel and cocktails service overlooking the ocean with Mercedes we couldn’t have been more looked after and pampered!! “The views from the resort are absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Villa Tavolara. It was quiet. The view was amazing. The villa was clean, private, and beautiful. Our only issue was the door to one of the bedrooms was hard to open and it took multiple tries and lots of effort to get the lock to turn. But other than that, everything else was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning by the pool. We traveled with a 1 year old and they provided a crib. Check in and check out was simple.it……
