It's a nice place to stay but the location is remote. If you do not have a car it's expensive as there are no bus services and the taxis are very costly. If you need to organise a taxi before 10.30 am, there are no hotel reception staff available to support you with this requirement as the reception does not have full 24/7 cover. Those staff that are available are limited and only available to other job dedicated task services. I arrived on a Friday night around 9.30 pm and due to no reception services had to self check-in remotely and use the instructions for room access. I found this to be a very straight forward procedure as the country club provides customers with an excellent whattsapp video instruction to follow. I was however, unable to dine as staff informed me that the bar / restaurant had closed at 9.00 pm.

Late check in after flight delay. Were sent a video on room location and use of key safe. Really impressed with the two days we were there..

Good size rooms, 2 seasonal swimming pools not heated. As a guest you are only alowed to use the sunbeds closer to kids pool. Adults pool sunbeds rented to locals rather than hotel guest. Very poor breakfast for a 5 star hotel, only cold food options, no local products.

I had a very very long delayed flight and needed to stay somewhere in Olbia for a night and full day...this place was great! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the two pools - they are much smaller than the images make them seem, but it was just totally fine - also with two bed canapies and a lot of shaded umbrella beds...the bar was great. Room was well air conditioned, nice. The breakfast was very good....it does take about 12 minutes to get to the city center - we went out to eat at a very nice place that Su Entu staff recommended - cost for taxi was 30 euro in afternoon, and 40 euro at night...same costs to airport. This is out of the way, so you cannot walk to the center from here - if you have a car, great, if not - just be aware that the taxis seem quite expensive...but that really seemed to be the case...it only took 12 minutes to drive here from the airport...all in all, a GREAT place to stay, definitely if you get a 24 hour delayed flight situation and want to relax by a pool...also - I was scared there wouldn't be WiFi - but there definitely was - quite good actually.

Fantastic stay

Great, personal service that helped me book a taxi. Staff was super friendly and the beds were extremely comfortable (i slept great). Also very nice food in the restaurant, tries the tasting menu which consisted of authentic sardinian dishes, served with a wine from their own vineyard. I am very happy with my visit and if I ever return to olbia ill make sure to stay here again.
