Best place to stay in old Olbia

Wonderful host and location. Quiet street 5 minute walk to the middle of the historic area. Comfortable bed, good showers, very helpful host.

Lovely place to stay. The place is very well located. It’s just off the main busy street filled with restaurants and shops but far enough that it’s nice and quiet. The bathroom is lovely and the point of contact, Jessica is very friendly and always happy to help.

Amazing location, very close to olbia town centre and port. Comfortable and clean room. Only issue was that the owner of the property didn’t get in touch until midnight before our stay which was quite stressful as it says on the booking information they will get in touch 72 hours before our stay. Other than this we had a great stay, highly recommend.

Cute clean room in nice part of town….

Cute place in the old town. Hard to find in the dark so try and arrive in the day. Also, cannot drive to it so need to walk with luggage. Cute, clean rooms. Perfect for one night.

Lovely rooms in central olbia

We had 2 nights at intrarooms all part of a longer trip at the start and end of our time. Both rooms were beautiful. All very clean with free toiletries to use too. One of our rooms even had a bath in it ! Just stunning. The host was very responsive and friendly too. The accommodation was in a great location in olbia within less than 3 mins walk to shops/bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Comfortable, clean room in the center

It's basically a room with own bathroom in a flat that has 3 more rooms for guests. Everything was super clean and you can easily walk into the city center. The bed is very comfortable and we appreciated the water and soap/shampoo in the room. The room was advertised with free parking which was unfortunately not available (garage was full). The host has sent us an address for free parking which was a 10minute walk away.

Really well located, super accessible, the host was easy to communicate with and attentive. Everything was clean and the kitchen was pretty well stocked and clean, my only feedback would be a label for the shelves corresponding to the rooms and maybe a cutting board and oven tray! We stayed in the economy room, the only downside being a lack of shelves/floor space. But the bathroom was clean and had nice toiletries was spacious.

3 night stay at Intra rooms

We spent 3 nights at Intra Rooms. The location is perfect - it is in the centre of Olbia and it is 3min walk to the main street. That being said, if you go by car, you need to write them a message beforehand so they can reserve a parking spot for the car which is right next to the apartments. The driving in Olbia centre is tricky, there are some streets that are closed after 17h so you need to pay attention to that! Google Maps usually does not take that in consideration so be careful! The room was new and clean - there is a commom room that has a brand new kitchen and sitting area. There is no reception desk and we had some trouble finding the apartments as it is in the centre and the owner usually contacts you on WhatsApp couple of days beforehand to give you intstructions (personally I don't like this approach). They wrote us on a wrong number, so we actually had to call the owner and ask for directions and how to get there. If you don't have a parking it can be a problem

Good stay

Good stay, but I realized this is like an Airbnb post on Hotels.com? the host did not get in contact with me until I had to reach out to someone on the receipt from here. However, I received instructions and it was all okay (I was worried on the day of checking in and did not hear anything). Communication I think could be better. Otherwise, the room is in the further end of the hallway of this house (be very quiet as other occupants are in the other rooms, kitchen are shared space but you have your own bathroom which was great as well as the amenities - spacious shower room, and shower/shampoo/gel etc. plenty of towels, bed was comfy and the place is in Olbia centre. All in all, it was okay (I stay for one night). Also the city tax must be paid in Euros/coins so you can leave it with your keys on the wooden desk in your room when you leave. All-in-all, good stay for 1-2 nights

Good place for a night or two. Close to everything downtown. It does exist in a limited traffic area so impossible to use Uber. Call for a taxi pickup in advance if you need one.

The house is very nice. The only problem for us was that they don’t clean the room every day and they didn’t say, so when we came back it was all messy. Also the day we were leaving we forgot the keys inside and we had to wait for a hour so that the staff can contact someone else inside so they could open us. So in case of emergency there is no one close by the property to help out.
