The hotel was stunning and staff were lovely—we were even upgraded to a beautiful Laguna room with direct pool access. However, we visited in mid-October and were disappointed to find most nearby places already closed for the season. The hotel had only one restaurant open with limited options and very high prices (€162 for two pizzas and a bottle of rosé). We tried exploring Baia (20 minute walk) and Porto Cervo (10 minute taxi, costing €40 each way), but both were mostly shut down. Even online listings showed places as open, which was misleading. By Day 4, we decided to rent a car, which was more cost-effective than taxis. We had room service once for lunch, but most days we relied on the nearby supermarket (about a 5-minute walk). They had fresh rolls, meats, and cheeses, which we brought back to our room. It’s a real shame there wasn’t clearer communication about the seasonal closures. The area is stunning, and we would have loved to experience it at its best. Had we known, we definitely would have chosen a different time of year to visit!

Great hotel, with an amazing breakfast and nice beach. Room is quite small and beach is private and nice but there are definitely better beaches within driving distance. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Need a car to drive to dining and shopping. Pizza restaurant on property was amazing btw, best pizza we ever had!

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Mit einem Mietwagen konnten wir das Hotel vom Olbia Flughafen einfach innerhalb von 35 min erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. We stayed a week at 7 Pines and all we have is great things to say! The moment you arrive to the moment you depart everything is taken care of, the attention to detail is impeccable, and the welcome is warm. Each and every staff we encountered was joyful and would greet you with a smile, you could tell how incredibly hard working and dedicated everyone is in creating a beautiful atmosphere for the guests. We went during off season and got lucky with a room upgrade. We loved the kitchenette in our room and balcony and appreciated the multiple cleans and touch ups throughout the day. The breakfasts every morning were fresh and delicious. The pool and facilities were beautiful, don’t be afraid of the temperature, once you’re in it’s refreshing. Hamza was great in finding us a great spot and sharing towels and water with us. We ventured off site for a few meals but honestly the hotel food was delicious, especially the pizza! The private beach was very convenient, maybe not the most beautiful on the island but it was nice to have the option. You’ll definitely need a car if you want to venture to nearby Porto Cervo, though it wasn’t as lively or interesting as we had hoped, perhaps because it was off season and quieter. There is a nearby resort town with restaurants, about a 6 minute drive or 20-30 minute walk. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and plan to be back in the future, thank you to each person at 7Pines for making our stay relaxing and unforgettable!
