“It's great for families wanting to stay at hotel/pool all day. Food very bland and repetitive. Room spacious with comfy beds. Staff friendly and helpful. WiFi very poor or non existent. Very hilly. Car parking very tight spaces.”

“This hotel was great. Spacious suites for families, a large pool and lots of sunbeds. The staff were efficient and attentive. The air con was not controllable except to turn it on and off but it was effective. The WiFi was not great. Overall a very enjoyable stay.”

“Die Anlage ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Das schlimmste ist die Lage hoch auf einem Berg, weit weg von 2 möglichen Stränden (grobe Kieselstrände). Es soll ein Bus-Shuttle alle 20 min. fahren. In Wirklichkeit nur 1 x pro Stunde. Es passen aber nur 34 Personen in den Bus, so dass man auch mal noch eine Stunde auf den nächsten Bus warten kann. Wenn man Pech hat (wir hatten 2 mal hintereinander Pech) kommt der letzte Bus nicht und man kann eine halbe Stunde in der prallen Sonne eine halbe Stunde……

“Great resort, very popular and busy but this is managed well and it’s an enjoyable place to stay. Lots going on. Very clean and well maintained. Food is excellent, even at busy times it is well catered for.”

“Lovely clean hotel, we used it as a base for diving locally. Very convenient for the beach and restaurants.”

“We check in later at night but the hotel closed for something. We had a calling to them. The manager drives a car and guides us to check in the same stars hotel for us. The hotel closes to beach more with the buffet breakfast too. Such action in efficiency without any loss for clients are the trust.”

“Me ha sorprendido el hotel, es verdad que al llegar me impactó porque hay unos pisos arriba que luego entendí que no hacen parte del hotel. Este hotel está demasiado bien! Me agradó sobretodo LA LIMPIEZA algo que para mí es muy importante, adicional es bastante cómodo en sus instalaciones y el personal muy amable. Repetiremos seguro! Los felicito”

“Hotel and room are very well maintained and very clean. The location is great. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant has good variety of breakfast options, recommended. The room is small but comfortable.”

“Loved the authentic Spanish feel to the hotel and our rooms were amazing. However, the hotel is advertised as a spa hotel and we really looked forward to using the facilities but discovered the spa is not open. So a bit disappointed 😢”
