「We used the automated check in and they emailed me to code to the wrong room, so I walked in on a poor woman in her underwear. This is a serious security and privacy issue. I called and someone answered right away, so we only waited about ten minutes before they called back and gave me the code to a different, vacant room. Otherwise the stay was fine. Extraordinariamente ubicados para acceder al Parque de Cabárceno y al pueblo y, obviamente, al maravilloso entorno de los valles pasiegos y las costa Cantábrica. 「Clean room and breakfast. Fan provided. Easy parking on the main road, free. We were hoping to wash our clothes while staying there since laundry is listed 2x on Expedia amenities but it cost us an additional time and 10 euros at a laundromat. When asked they said to go to a laundromat and they don’t have it available. So their listing should be updated. Unfortunately their restaurant next door was closed during our stay. The front staff was only there at check in and we didn’t see them again...
