Nice stay in tastful house

Relaxing days not far from Garda and Bardolino. With our bikes we could arrive nearly everything.

Schöne Lage und schöner Ort an sich. Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Abstimmung zur Endreinigung und Bettlacken und Handtücher war nicht gut kommuniziert, hätte man mitbringen sollen und organisieren.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr idyllisch. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und es fehlt an Nichts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert.

Ferienwohnung

Unser Haus war gut erreichbar, ansonsten hat es viel zu viele Treppen auf dem Grundstück. Leider kein Privatpool, sondern Gemeinschaftsvergnügen. Der Hund durfte nicht mit zum Poolbereich, daher musste immer einer zu Hause hocken. Das Haus war unter den Möbeln nicht sehr sauber. Morgens ab 4:30Uhr hat auf dem Nachbarhügel jeden Morgen ein Hund , ne halbe Stunde’ durchgehend gebellt! Ansonsten war das Haus sehr nett!

Dejligt område, sød udlejer og lækker pool

Vi havde et super dejligt ophold i det dejlige sommerhusområde. Restauranten ved indgangen til området serverede det lækreste autentiske italienske mad. Poolen var ren og pæn og området hyggeligt. Udlejer var rigtig sød og hjælpsom. En klar anbefaling herfra.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Es war alles zur Zufriedenheit, alles gut erreichbar und hätten wir gewusst das ein Bus von unserem Urlaubsort nach Verona fährt hätten wir das Auto stehen lassen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war ausreichend für unsere Familie (2 Erw. 3 Kinder). Schade das wir nur eine Woche Urlaub hatten, wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Sehr schöne Anlage/Haus mit großem sauberen Pool und privatem Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch super.

Genau wie in der Beschreibung, traumhaft schön

Der Stil des Hauses und der Anlage war einfach nur schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke das wir dieses zauberhafte Domizil nutzen durften. Können wir nur empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit tollem Ausblick. Die Abende am kleinen Balkon haben wir sehr genossen, genauso wie die Zeit am Pool. Alles in allem eine perfekte Urlaubswoche.

Nette, gepflegte, saubere und ruhige Ferienanlage oberhalb des Gardasees

Schön, erholsam und interessant. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung ist in bester Lage in der Ferienanlage, der gepflegte Pool gleich um die Ecke. Netter Gastgeber. Garda ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Super schöne und ruhige Ferienanlage, alles sehr gepflegt. Für Kinder ist der Pool natürlich ein Highlight. Unterkunft ist sehr angenehm und gemütlich, alles wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten und Ausflüge

Tolle Lage, gemütliche Wohnung

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Lage im Grünen, viel Ruhe. Das Haus ist komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet, sogar Getränke für den ersten Tag waren vorhanden. Die Komunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Hausmeister klappte perfekt. Beide sind sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Beautiful Villa In A Beautiful Location

Firstly, the villa was a Beautiful authentic Italian style home. Traditional decor and furnishings gave it a warm and welcoming feel. The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived which made it easy to get settled and unpack. The location is beautiful but also convenient. Perched on a hillside overlooking the vineyards in a peaceful residential park away from the chaos. A 5 minute drive in any direction and you can find all the local amenities such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants and also fuel stations. The facilities at the villa were more than expected. From the fully equipped kitchen to the fans and aircon unit. My personal favourite.. The coffee machine! The Lake is only a 10 minute drive down a beautiful winding hillside with an amazing view from start to finish. The daily drive into Garda never gets old as you turn the sharp bends and see the turquoise water sparkling in the distance. The Owner, was fantastic from start to finish. He answered all my questions in great detail and provided information sheets prior to my arrival. From local diners to directions to and from the airport, he definitely made our time as easy as possible. Thanks for our stay, we would recommend anyone to come and stay and I guarantee you'll have an amazing time!

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch in einer sehr ruhigen bewaldeten und geschlossenen Ferienwohnanlage. Autos werden im vorderen Bereich abgestellt, die Häuser sind über Fußwege erreichbar. Für Eltern mit kleinen Kindern eine sehr entspannte Situation. Der Pool ist schön angelegt und wurde von uns nach Ausflügen regelmäßig genutzt. Im Sommerurlaub mit Kindern ein Muss. Das Haus ist am Hang gelegen und besitzt zwei Etagen - unten befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und das Bad, oben der Wohn - und Essbereich. Die zwei Fensterfronten zum Balkon lassen sich komplett öffnen, so dass der Balkon zu zusätzlichem Wohnraum wird - super. Das entschädigt dafür, dass es keine Terrasse gibt. Der Fernblick über die Weinberge rundet alles ab. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, entwickelt dadurch umso mehr Charme. Das Bad wurde renoviert und ist in gutem Zustand. Kleine Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit - ist dem geschuldet, dass es keine Spülmaschine gibt und Abreisende vermutlich nicht mehr so viel Wert auf Sauberkeit legen. Das lässt sich mit einem Geschirrspülgang oder einem kurzen Durchsaugen schnell beheben. Von meiner Seite absolut empfehlenswert, wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

A paradise in Paradise, dont miss out on this place

The property was ideal for our 4 person family. It was well equipped with everything we needed. On arrival the property was really clean and tidy and the furnishing was very tasteful and comfortable. Parco Murlongo, where the property is situated, is really lovely with a fantastic swimming pool and amazing views of the local Vineyards. All of the other guests / residents that we met were very friendly. The location of the property is perfect being 10 mins away from Garda or Bardolino and only 5 mins away from Costermano where the nearest large supermarket is. The owner is very friendly and went out of his way to answer any questions we had. He provided us with a really helpful info sheet. All in all we had a fantastic and memorable holiday and a very large part of this was because of the villa we stayed in. We can't thank the owner enough for letting us stay there. It was perfect.

very nice house in beautifull parc for a very reasonable price

We really enjoyed our stay - the house has a perfect location and size for a family holiday at the Lago die Gardo. Owner was very friendly and responsive - we will come back!

Sehr enspannend

Wir sind schon seit vielen Jahren in Costermano und dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal in Haus Nummer 32! Es war sehr angenehm und entspannend. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und in top gepflegtem Zustand gewesen. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder!
