Very peaceful.
No elevator/lift

Was clean and comfortable: the kettle needs to be replaced my wife wouldn’t use it too much buildup on it.
Shower: if you like a hot shower it only comes out with a trickle. Cold shower has a good flow.
Bed it comfortably.
