I love this hotel. It is right across from the beach. Service is excellent. Cédrick is the best at the pool bar. The rooftop is a great spot for dinner or drinks and they have shisha.

Hôtel sympathique à Cotonou

L'equipe est gentille et le service est sympathique. Le wifi est disponible partout. La salle de gym est petite mais fait l'affaire. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais pas très riche. La première chambre qu'on m'avait donné sentait la moisissure car n'a pas de fenêtre pour l'aération. La seconde chambre était bien. Je conseille cet hôtel et je réserverai volontier la prochaine fois chez eux.

Il s'agit là d'un hôtel beninois avec un standing occidental. Propreté nickel. J'ai aimé le professionnalisme, le service client, la présence et la disponibilité du personnel. J'ai été bien accueilli par Hippolyte le soir. Carlos a été formidable en déplaçant nos bagages, en nous donnant tous les détails et en nous apportant, au besoin, tout ce dont on avait besoin. La voix de Ella au téléphone, My God. Elle surpasse de loin tout ce que j'ai connu au téléphone avec de grandes compagnies, hôtels ou mêmes agences de voyages. Elle est juste superbe. Le lendemain matin, Julia, Mérita et Francette n'ont pas démérité non plus. Seul hic : il n'y avait pas, dans la chambre, un tutoriel pour configurer le coffre-fort. Cela aurait été très apprécié. Il fallait attendre les valets le lendemain. Mais lorsqu'on n'a qu'une seule nuit, ça devient moins utile lol. Mais je le fais ressortir plus à titre de piste d'amélioration que de critique.
