“It is an older hotel, beds sag but it is very clean, staff was great and showers hot, it's also the best location I could imagine. My only real complaint would be that smoking is allowed and when there were smokers on my floor the smell was enough to be bothersome. ”

The staff was extremely courtious as well. One unique feature is that it is the only hotel in the world made entirely out of pumice (volcanic rock)”
