「Very BAD experience. After I have prepaid for my two days stay. upon arrival the hotel manager stated not having my reservation and been sold out. I literally had to sleep one night in the car. No other option was proposed, Hotels.com never answered the phone. I presented a claim hope they at least refund me, and it will be nice to hear an apology. Thanks.」

「Eric was wonderful and took very good care of us, extremely helpful and courteous. He aided us in experiencing the nearby town of Banos. The location was breathtaking, with clear mountain air. The porch with all the plants and a firepit nearby was lovely. We totally recommend this amazing place!」
