「First thing, the stairs coming down to the unit were covered in debris, bugs and a few massive spiders. I swept them to avoid my elderly parents from slipping. The unit has a huge ant problem. There were ants all along the wall by the couch and on the carpet as there was dried up rice found on the floor. There were multiple dirty dishes left in the cupboard and in the oven.
