Great for a big group

We had 14 adults and it was great. Lots of room and things to do. Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill is great for hanging out. Would definitely stay again.

Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!

Had an Awesome time! My sons friends loved the place and we kayak fished for trout on the white river. Used Riley Outfitters for kayak rental and they were the best as well. Great time had by everyone!!!

We got married in the back yard during the eclipse. It was amazing. Took pictures in front of the fish, had plenty of entertainment for the kids and adults, and had everything we needed for a good dinner. Great stay. Really appreciated.

We stayed here for a family get together. It was the perfect place to share with a large family. Lots of things to do in the house (Pool table, arcade games, tvs, board games) and walking distance to the river for fishing. The two kitchens, one in each living space was nice. Make sure you take time to figure out (or ask about) the light switches in the main level, as it is not obvious and helps for sleeping in the loft.

The Fish and Game house is absolutely the best! The upstairs has plenty of room and fun for the kids and the downstairs is the quiet retreat for the adults. Can’t beat the location either. One of our very favorite places to stay!
