“My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the beautiful property. There were 12 of us and we were extremely comfortable, with plenty of space to gather and sleep. The property sits on a quiet pond, that was perfect for swimming and canoeing. We had our own little piece of paradise. There are canoes for use, several decks for lounging and was within a short distance to various shops and a grocery store just a few minutes away. “Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!”

“A great space for families with dogs. The fenced in yard was super convenient. The space had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue for our stay, but Brett was super responsive and came out immediately to resolve the issues we discovered. His reponsiveness, friendliness, and desire to make things right really made all the difference for us. It definitely would have been nice to have the listing make clear that the house was attached to an occupied residence……
