Just a place to stay, charging too much money. Room given was 3rd floor next to elevator. 85 degrees in the room on arrival. Took a hour to cool it down. Strong chemical coverup deodorant in room irritated our breathing. Breakfast near non existent. Stains on curtains and in tub,shower. Not staying here again ever.

The worst experience in hotels, I have never stayed in something so dirty, unfortunately, we had to spend the night in it because they do not return your money, the disgusting cleaning, all dusty, the microwave extremely dirty with food stuck to it, breakfast, they had , only bread, cereal, half a gallon of milk, flour for waffles, and the coffee was only hot water, not coffee,

Comfortable and Roomy
Everyone was very friendly, especially Anthony on the front desk. It was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was just OK, but it was enough to get us going early. Next time we stay in Cotulla, I will be back here. We were on the 3rd floor, west side, and out the window to the south, we watched deer and feral hogs feeding.

On a cold day, NO HEAT in the room. And the attendant had no concern about the room being cold or not. He had an I don't give a darn attitude.

Really dirty hotel!! Bed sheets looked like they weren’t washed. Tub looked dirty towels where just thrown on the rack lthey didn’t even try to make look presentable. Mirrors were really dirty smeared like if they just got a wet rage and wipe it. So much for there so called FREE breakfast they had cereal, carton of milk and juice. You could definitely tell they don’t put ANY effort in that hotel. Would NOT stay there EVER again..

Will be definitely staying here again.
It appears this hotel was a La Quinta at one time. Its very clean and very well maintained. Monica was working the front desk and was very pleasant and helpful. Also here is the La Salle County Steak House right around the corner on the interstate that was very good to eat at.

This was my second extended stay at this location. While we got off to a rocky start the staff made up for it. In a nutshell the room I was given had some leftover dirty cloths left behind the bathroom door. Easily something the cleaning crew missed as who really checks behind a bathroom door wether cleaning or when leaving a hotel room. Spoke to the receptionist and was given key to another room. Once I arrived to said room, I discovered that it was already occupied. Luckily the person inside was sleeping if not it would have been super awkward. Went back to receptionist who apologized immensely and was given yet another room. So after about 30 minutes of walking around from floor to floor I was finally able to get settled. Like I said it was a rough start to my stay but they made it right and that all that matters.
