“This was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. Ida met us at our car and showed us to our room while loading more fire wood in the pot belly stove in room. It was a lovely site as we walked in! So warm and cosy. The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen. We cooked dinner and Ida had even left us a wee……

“We stayed in this house as a last minute pivot when we couldn’t get to the islands because of a storm. It turned out better than we could have anticipated! Communication with host was great, check in was easy, everything was spotless and comfortable. We loved the views out of the front window and we even saw dolphins just outside. Great stay!”

Wenn man dann allerdings in die erste Etage kommt und die grandiose Aussicht durch die riesige Panoramascheibe des Wohnzimmers genießen kann, dann sind die Zimmer schnell nebensächlich.
