“Great stay, perfect for our group of 6, everyone had there own room! Necessities right around the corner if needed
Cermack rd a few feet away, gets you about everywhere! We wanted a real life Chicago experience, and it was great.
Owner very responsive! Permit on street parking pretty accessible most times.

“Street side this was about as safe as any Chicago neighborhood. Parking was 10/10, safe, secure and gated.
The 3 flights up was expected, but the strong cat/pet urine odor the entire way up was not.
Inside apt also has a very strong pet urine smell. No window covering in bathroom, can’t turn on bedroom light or it blinks, floor vent in kitchen easily moves to reveal gaping hole, heavily stained couch my teen had to sleep on. It was way too small unless a young child was sleeping on it.

“I always take lots of Before & After pictures. To ensure I have proof of the property condition. Its an up stairs unit, I never saw this information. My mom has a difficult time with stairs so that was important. The place was well designed and cute. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Nice tvs in every room. A few issues, in the bathroom, the towels and washcloths had stains on them and needs to be replaced. The hand soap bottles were empty. Where the towels are placed there was a metal……
